Our local Universe has experienced problems within its Dimensional Structure over its long History. These are normally described in terms of ‘Fall’. They are best understood as a Fall in Frequency, rather than the traditional Fall of Humanity. The mechanics behind this are explored. Consequences are discussed, in terms of a partially Closed & Isolated Universe. The original Natural Order, with its Open Connection, is still present, leaving us with a Hybrid Creation. The Challenges of navigating this reality, at both Global & Personal levels, are discussed.
